How do I file an ACC request?
The ACC (Arcitechtural Control Committee) is charged with reviewing all changes you plan to make to your home, for example: making an addition, building a pool or shed, adding a fence, painting your home an differnt color. Basically, you need to draw up what you are going to do and need to be in compliance with the covenants. You can submit your request to meemawsewell@hcsmail.com or shirl.roberts@comcast.net
If necessary someone from the association will contact you with any questions. We are volunteers with regular jobs doing this, so give us adequate time to get to your request.
